Mental Health
The Mental Health Flight consists of the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Treatment Program, and Family Advocacy Program. The Outpatient Clinic provides various services to include individual therapy, couples counseling, groups and classes, as needed, medication management, crisis intervention and special duty clearances. ADAPT services include substance abuse evaluations and outpatient substance abuse treatment. Family Advocacy services include assessment and supportive services for families experiencing spouse or child abuse and neglect and support and education to first-time parents via the New Parent Support Program. All programs across the flight also provide outreach and prevention services as well as consultative services to leadership as needed This includes substance misuse, stress and anger management, disaster mental health response services.
